This Excel spreadsheet can help you keep track of receipts, payments and banking. It can also help you to do calculations relating to trips out, sleepovers, and pack holidays and camps.

Gift Aid is a government scheme to encourage people to give to charity. Under the scheme, money given to charities including Girlguiding UK subscriptions is eligible for tax relief. If you apply for a Gift Aid number you can increase your unit funds.
